Accept cross-border payments in USDC, USDT, and other supported stablecoins
Process automatic stablecoin conversion from various payment methods
Access analytics and reporting tools for payment tracking
Integrate with blockchain networks for instant settlement

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use StablePay, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions

4. Subscription Plans and Fees

StablePay offers multiple subscription tiers:

Free Plan: Limited invoice creation with transaction fees
Plus Plan: Enhanced features with monthly subscription
Pro Plan: Unlimited features with monthly subscription

Transaction fees apply based on your subscription plan. All fees are clearly displayed during checkout and in your account dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StablePay for:

Any illegal activities or transactions prohibited by law
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illicit financial activities
Circumventing any security measures or attempting unauthorized access
Creating false or misleading invoices
Violating any applicable cryptocurrency regulations or sanctions
Activities that could harm or disrupt the service or other users

6. Payment Processing and Blockchain Transactions

When using StablePay:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
Network fees may apply for blockchain transactions
Processing times depend on blockchain network conditions
You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses
StablePay is not responsible for failed transactions due to network issues

7. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and transactions. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using StablePay, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions are public and may be viewable on blockchain explorers.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, StablePay may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

StablePay and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
